The student can determine the penalties in a case when a procedural defect in a procedural act acures.
The student can calculate a term in a case.
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student indicates the composition of the different courts in a case and explains them.
The student can indicate the appropriate appellate court in a case.
The student explains the concepts of judicial law
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding judicial law when dissecting and assessing a legal question about .b judicial law.
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
The student can on the basis of a concrete main claim or tusseneis determine the competent court.
