Learning outcomes (list)

Is customer focused. The business professional acts in the interest of the customer;
The student applies the abstract theory to a concrete case concerning special agreements, explains which rules are applicable, what they entail exactly and then indicates in a solution-oriented manner what result they lead to.
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student correctly applies the legal rules regarding special contract law when dissecting and assessing a legal question regarding .b the special contract law.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student identifies common and special rules of law
The student distinguishes rules of supplementary and mandatory law
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
