are capable of using the knowledge of the notarial family law to work out a solution as a notarial assistant for a specific file independently and clients correctly and clearly inform and advise (developed on the basis of a case).
The student gives the consequences of any desired donation.
The student provides advice regarding the, for the client, most appropriate form of will.
The student gives advice regarding the healthcare power of attorney and its possible pitfalls.
The student gives advice to divorcing clients on the possibilities/fate of the property, taking into account the provisions of any existing marriage contract.
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student describes the trends in case law regarding notarial family law on the basis of a case.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
