Learning outcomes (list)

Initiate, promote, organise and follow up building promotion projects, from prospecting and the feasibility study, right through to the implementation and financial settlement.
The student can follow up and interpret the project administration
The student can recognize and apply the different aspects of project development and project returns
The student can prepare and interpret a cash-flow diagram
The student can make, use and interpret a calculation.
The student can calculate and interpret simple performance indicators
The student is able to critically assess and apply property development
The student can make connections between the basic formulas, loans / investments and yield calculation
The student can translate financial math formulas in economic vocabulary and is able to use them in case studies
The student can calculate and interpret efficiency/yields in property development and knows how to do a sensitivity analysis
Respect the relevant deontological codes, show responsibility and demonstrate a pronounced ethical, critical and deontological reflection regarding own actions and acts of others.
