Learning outcomes (list)

Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student can recognize, describe and discuss other large scale card information, .
The student is able to enumerate and explain the tasks of the notary in a public sale
The student can formulate the development and the associated activities of the land register and view the changes
The student can compare the private property, the private domain and the public domain to each other
The student is able to explain the status and powers of the notary thoroughly and to document this with examples
The student can, by use of specific software, design a road (floor plan, longitudinal profile (type) cross section), develop the necessary plans and calculate the volumes
The student can explain how the rateable value is reached, calculate the property tax and indicate the connections in between.
The student can recognize and explain real rights in patrimonial documents
The student can discuss the sales rights in the sale of real estate.
The student can thoroughly explain the information obligation of the seller and real estate professional in the context of a sale of a property and document it with examples.
The student knows the differences between a private sale and a (online) public auction.
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
