Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student can name the different players in the insurance market and provide examples
The student can figure out which type of insurance is applicable in a specific case
The student can distinguish and apply the different types of insurances in a real estate related context
The student can distinguish different liability situations in a presented case.
The student can distinguish and apply the different forms of contractual and non-contractual liability in a real estate context.
Respect the relevant deontological codes, show responsibility and demonstrate a pronounced ethical, critical and deontological reflection regarding own actions and acts of others.
