Learning outcomes (list)

Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student is able to discuss the general principles of procedural law and illustrate with examples
The student is able to discuss the Belgian society forms (actual/ legal cohabitation and marriage) and discuss the termination of these forms
The student is able to discuss, recognize and apply the sources of law
The student can list the sources of obligations and explain by means of examples
The student can recognize the contractual and extra-contractual liability in all its forms and explain
The student can discuss the conditions of validity of an agreement to recognize and apply
The student can view schematically illustrating the formats of the law examples
The student is able to give an overview of the content, structure and the probative value of the notarial deed
The student can discuss the principles of contract law, recognize and apply
The student can discuss the principles of legal persons, recognize and apply
The student can discuss the types of commitments with modalities to recognize and apply
The student can discuss the types of corporate rights, to recognize and apply
The student can discuss the functioning of the Belgian judicial institutions and actors
The student can discuss the Belgian legal erfopvolgingssysteem, recognize and apply
The student can discuss the national political institutions
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
