The student can compare pricing in different market forms.
The student can look up, interpret and evaluate various macroeconomic data and interpret their impact on the real estate market.
The student will be able to interpret the impact of inflation and interest rates on the real estate market.
The student will be able to reason out the various forms of government intervention and interpret their impact on the real estate market.
The student will be able to provide examples of sustainable and circular best practices in the real estate market and explain their importance.
