Learning outcomes (list)

Describe, analyse and assess the different types of real estate.
The student can describe the condition of the various parts of a building.
Give specific advice and carry out expert assessments.
The student can compare and evaluate the various alternative methods of construction of a building.
The student can propose a suitable repair upon determination of damage
Technical knowledge related to construction, materials recognition, construction physics, construction pathology, renovation and maintenance.
The student can analyze a building in its different parts.
The student can explain the functions of the different parts of a building.
The student can describe the construction of various structures in buildings.
The student can recognize and evaluate the different implementation techniques
The student can describe the stability requirements for structures.
The student can assess the types of loads acting on buildings and incorporate this into a load analysis.
The student can describe which material properties, shapes, and techniques affect the stability of a structure.
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
