Learning outcomes (list)

Respect the relevant deontological codes, show responsibility and demonstrate a pronounced ethical, critical and deontological reflection regarding own actions and acts of others.

Give specific advice and carry out expert assessments.
The student can substantiate the consequences of the added value tax and can calculate and explain these in concrete situations
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
The student can use specific real estate language
Mediate on behalf of third parties in a sale, purchase, exchange, lease or transfer of real estate, real estate rights or commercial firms.
The student can stamp duty and/or VAT on property transactions calculate and understands the consequences
Independently document, analyse and manage a real estate dossier in all its facets: architecturally, financially, from a taxation point of view, economically and legally.
The student can correctly calculate sales rights and / or VAT on real estate transactions
The student knows the contents of a private sales agreement and can explain its scope in the context of a sales proces
Correctly compile and adapt real estate agreements in a legally correct manner, fulfil the concomitant administrative formalities and carry out financial transactions, independently.
The student can place the use of a purchase / sales promise and indicate its usefulness and consequences in concrete situations.
The student knows in which situation which type of assignment to mediation is to be used. They know the differences between the different contracts and can apply them in definite cases.
