Learning outcomes (list)

Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student can indicate the obligations regarding oil fuel tanks in the context of environmental legislation
The student can deduce whether a soil certificate is suitable for the proposed action
The student can identify any pre-emption rights and types, there priority rules and the legal consequences in case of non-compliance.
The student can identify possibilities of appeal in soil legislation
The student can independently apply the necessary steps in the context of transfer, thus creating a soilrecord.
The student can name and compare the different steps in soil legislation
The student can apply the concept of 'exemption remediation obligation'
The student can identify the difference between pre-emption and expropriation.
The student can explain how the government (federal, regional, provincial and municipal, church councils, social services and public companies) acquire, manage and sell their immovable property
The student can explain a risk soil and find out whether a particular soil is a risk soil according to the Vlarem classification list
The student is able to explain and interpret the implications for owners of a property with heritage value that has been inventoried or protected.
The student is able to interpret and understand expropriation laws, administrative procedures, and fees.
The student can explain the structure, the intention, the procedures and the consequences of the Nature Conservation decree on real estate
