Learning outcomes (list)

Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
The student can use specific real estate language
Independently document, analyse and manage a real estate dossier in all its facets: architecturally, financially, from a taxation point of view, economically and legally.
The student can create, use and interpret various graphical representations of statistical data and observation for individual and grouped data.
The student can make a correct questionnaire to acquire data
The student can distinguish the different research process steps and apply them in a (real estate) market research
Set up, organise and run a real estate office / land-surveying office on their own.
The student can explain seen marketing concepts and theories, relate them to each other, situate those concepts in its social context and apply them in a real estate environment
Students can show the influence of various environmental factors within the marketing process
The student can explain the importance of market research within marketing and knows how to use and interpret statistical techniques in market research
The student can relate the purchase decision process within consumer behavior and marketing (within a real estate context)
The student can formulate the benefits of a marketing plan and relate them to strategic choices and positioning (within a real estate context)
The student can locate, explain and use marketingmixtools in real estate related examples
