Learning outcomes (list)

Carry out a study, design and develop a space, including the provision of guidance during the implementation, with due consideration for the environment and safety.
The student can design construction floor plans concerning the infrastructure.
The student can prepare and formulate correctly the necessary planning regulations for parcelling design.
The student can prepare special specifications and a quantity calculation for building the necessary infrastructure.
The student can design a sewage system and prepare the associated sewerage note / calculations.
The student can design a parcellation that meets current planning standards.
Communicate well and clearly in a commercial manner (including reporting) with (potential) customers and the ability to express themselves in a professional context in different languages.
The student can use specific real estate language
Document, analyse and manage in all its facets a technical-administrative-legal dossier relating to a land-surveying object on their own.
The student can create a parcellation dossier complying with the relevant legislation
The student can describe the course of the parcelling procedure and the functions of the necessary plans in this procedure.
