Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student can explain the concepts of the apartments right HINTS
The student is able to use toroughly the special form of compulsory co-ownership of the common parts of buildings and groups of buildings

The student can analyze the law concerning the sale of annuity
Work in an interdisciplinary team with professionals (colleagues, notaries, construction partners, accountants, tax experts, bankers, lawyers, government, ...) and also in an international context if so required.
The student can apply the basic actions and uses when buying or selling.

Mediate on behalf of third parties in a sale, purchase, exchange, lease or transfer of real estate, real estate rights or commercial firms.
The student can explain a mandate agreement on the basis of a specific situation
Correctly compile and adapt real estate agreements in a legally correct manner, fulfil the concomitant administrative formalities and carry out financial transactions, independently.
The student is able to understand and explain the different model contracts for purchase and sale
