Learning outcomes (list)

Interpret and apply job-related rules and regulations, relating, in particular to: civil and judicial law, building and real estate law, environmental law, town and country planning law, tax law, ... and to advise on these in a meaningful manner.
The student recognises the ways how to create real estate capital and can argue the (dis)advantages of (in)direct real estate investing
The student can use optimalization techniques witin real estate
The student can situate the use of gifts, testaments and life insurances within capital planning
The student understands the (dis)advantages of "controlevehikels" within capital planning
Give specific advice and carry out expert assessments.
The student can evaluate the various possible property investments
The student knows the different optimisation techniques when transferring real estate and can provide feedback on the anti-abuse provisions.
The student can situate the use of mariage/cohabitation contracts and clauses within capital planning
Mediate on behalf of third parties in a sale, purchase, exchange, lease or transfer of real estate, real estate rights or commercial firms.
The student can evaluate the various possible property investments
