Learning outcomes (list)

1. Respect: the nurse is able to appreciate the client unbiased. This takes into account the shared values of the client and its surroundings.
1.1 Fits the care situation in function of the philosophical and ideological conviction of the client.
1.2 Integrates cultural aspects in complex care situations.
1.3 Acts according to needs and requirements of the client and his environment in a complex care situation.
1.4 Adjusts his acts in function of the interaction between the disease process and values and standards of the client.
2. Realization: the nurse is able to take action to achieve optimum health and well being of the client.
2.1 Implements a systematic care plan for the client and its surroundings.
2.2 Optimizes the care plan taking into account the amended disease – understanding of the client.
2.3 Optimizes the treatment plan taking into account the difficulties/possibilities of the client.
2.4 Takes into account the input/opinion of the involved parties during the implementation of solutions for problem situations.
