Learning outcomes (list)

You support the implementation of HR policies, taking into account the environment, the objectives of the organization and the well-being of employees.
You analyze the HR processes in your workplace using the theoretical frameworks offered in class.
You incorporate your conclusions and insights in a presentation. Supported by the results of your HR analysis and comparison with fellow students.
You compare the results of your HR analysis with the results of your peers and describe the differences and similarities.
You act as a representative of the organization and inform employees on HR topics (inflow, flow and outflow)
You feedback the results of your analysis to your workplace learning mentor, taking into account your role and position in the workplace. You reflect in your portfolio how you took this feedback further in developing your final product.
You act with integrity, discretion, customer focus and loyalty to the organization, while being mindful of the diversity and well-being of employees.
You behave with integrity, discretion and loyalty (when dealing with sensitive workplace information).
You communicate both written and orally in a targeted and tailored manner in different languages, with attention to the diversity in the work field.
You can express yourself fluently and spontaneously in another language (ENG-FR) for part of the presentation of your final product
You give a professional presentation of the conclusion of your HR-Analysis.
