Learning outcomes (list)

OLR AF 1.0 - The bachelor BM/AF has insights in fiscal, parafiscal, legal and accountancy rules and processes, in general corporate organisational processes as well as in their interconnection, and can consequently apply these insights in a broad, globalised and changing (inter)national context.
You compare the financial health of a company with general standards and with other companies and sectors.
You critically review all flows of goods by means of the analysis of the operating cycle (stock, customers, suppliers) of separate annual accounts.
You critically review cash flows using the cash flow analysis of a separate financial statements.
You compare money and goods flows with standards, annual accounts of other companies and sectors.
You explain the types of leverage in the company based on its separate financial statements.
You demonstrate the importance of leverage in a company's financial policy.
You formulate recommendations to adjust the financial policy on the basis of the financial analyzes performed.
You have insight into the current regulations of financial and non-financial reporting for companies.
You apply current international concepts in a Belgian company financial statements, such as EBIT (DA), (min. Requirement) NOPAT, WACC, CAPEX, etc.
