Learning outcomes (list)

You support the implementation of HR policies, taking into account the environment, the objectives of the organization and the well-being of employees.
You independently apply the inflow, through-flow and outflow instruments.
You act as a representative of the organization and inform employees on HR topics (inflow, flow and outflow)
You assume your role as an HR Support Officer and know the position of HR within the organizational structure of your workplace. You perform your duties independently and assume responsibilities.
You handle personnel administration correctly (inflow, flow, outflow), using current digital applications.
You work smoothly and efficiently with the digital tools offered when performing various operational/administrative processes within the HR department.
You act in accordance with social-legal frameworks.
You use targeted sources to build knowledge and act legally correct according to applicable labor and social legislation.
You act with integrity, discretion, customer focus and loyalty to the organization, while being mindful of the diversity and well-being of employees.
You take concrete actions to follow up on customer problems, complaints, reports or suggestions or refer them to the appropriate person/agency.
You act professionally, discreetly and with respect for privacy.
You show an inviting, attentive and non-judgmental attitude in which beliefs and feelings of others are respected.
You communicate both written and orally in a targeted and tailored manner in different languages, with attention to the diversity in the work field.
