Learning outcomes (list)

You use the appropriate (software) tools and (online) applications for processing and archiving (legal) documents. 
The student submits a complete file that meets the formal conditions via the electronic learning platform
You provide administrative support to the organization and collect, process and register the necessary data on current legal files and respect the applicable deadlines and procedures. 
The student identifies the core tasks of the registry, the notary, the law firm, the bailiff and a local government agency
The student recognizes and identifies standard legal documents such as a summons, registered mail, notarial deed, agreement, minutes of an (administrative) meeting
The student indicates missing elements of the documents
The student will find information about procedures and deadlines in the documents
You draw up minutes and draft reports in a broad legal context. 
The student compiles his/her findings about his/her own company visit and can explain this orally to fellow students
You organize your tasks, make adjustments where necessary in order to improve the quality of your own work, you are self-critical and adopt a learning attitude. 
The student independently plans two company visits
The student takes responsibility for his own tasks
You perform your tasks punctually, accurately and discreetly with attention to the deontological code.
The student is present on time for lessons and company visits
The student makes the required preparations for lessons and company visits in a timely manner
The student submits the bundle of forms and tasks on time and correctly via the electronic learning platform
The student shows a polite and professional attitude during company visits
The student complies with the GDPR and guarantees confidential information
