You apply the basic principles of labour legislation in a case study.
You focus on clients’ requests for help
You name the different elements of a PDP interview. (PDP = Personal Development Plan)
You guide the client while taking the client system and/or the environment into account.
You collaborate constructively with colleagues and external partners on a concrete task or request.
You analyse a PDP interview in the work field. (PDP = Personal Development Plan)
