Learning outcomes (list)

You can selectively, critically and objectively acquire, analyse and double-check relevant information from various Dutch-speaking and non-Dutch-speaking (traditional, scientific and alternative) sources and information channels using an appropriate technique. This also in unfamiliar and complex contexts.
You apply appropriate research methods during the journalistic research process in an ethically responsible manner.
You conduct a comprehensive informative interview using the appropriate interview techniques.
You conduct a critical, business-focused interview using the appropriate interview techniques.
You conduct a human interest interview using the appropriate interview techniques.
Autonomously determine and evaluate relevant and appropriate topics and angles, taking into account the production objective, the target group, the medium, the news value and the reliability of the source.
You accurately differentiate between traditional sources and AI-generated information
You select appropriate critical questions for an extended interview based on a chosen journalistic perspective.
