Learning outcomes (list)

You act in a customer and solution-oriented way in legal and administrative services. 
The student explains legal texts to a non-legal audience and converts legal jargon into layman's terms
The student conducts a customer-oriented conversation, applying the deontological rules
Student converts legal jargon into layman's terms
The student can facilitate constructive discussions and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
The student argues in a correct and polite manner.
You communicate professionally and target group-oriented with various actors in Dutch and you use French and English functionally for oral and written communication. 
The student actively applies common legal terms in a legal context
student can develop intercultural communication skills and take cultural differences into account
The student summarizes oral communication in a legal context.
You organize your tasks, make adjustments where necessary in order to improve the quality of your own work, you are self-critical and adopt a learning attitude. 
The student will take continuing education that is appropriate to the field.
