Prerequisites

having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Workplace learning 1: workfield exploration AND having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Workplace learning 2 AND previously registered for Workplace learning 3 AND having finished at least 40 ects credits in programme part (year) 1.

Learning outcomes (list)

You support the manager in processing standard legal documents and regulations. 
You support the manager in processing complex legal standard documents and regulations.
The student lists the missing documents and follows them up with third parties.
The student helps the manager in looking up the necessary legal sources (references).
The student makes a proposal for a standard legal document in consultation with the workplace supervisor. (This is part of the “workplace analysis”)
You use the appropriate (software) tools and (online) applications for processing and archiving (legal) documents. 
The student conducts extensive searches in legal and administrative databases.
You provide administrative support to the organization and collect, process and register the necessary data on current legal files and respect the applicable deadlines and procedures. 
The student registers and processes the necessary data and enters legal documents in the registers.
You draw up minutes and draft reports in a broad legal context. 
The student prepares a draft report in the context of the workplace (court hearing, municipal council or notary meeting, partners, etc.)
You act in a customer and solution-oriented way in legal and administrative services. 
The student works in a solution-oriented manner when carrying out his or her own tasks.
The student has an eye for the interests of third parties.
The student selects two areas for improvement and develops a solution proposal.
You communicate professionally and target group-oriented with various actors in Dutch and you use French and English functionally for oral and written communication. 
You communicate in a target group-oriented manner with various actors.
You communicate in multiple languages
You support accounting and administrative tasks that contribute to the business or organizational objectives. 
The student processes requested data clearly.
The student independently processes financial/accounting transactions.
