Learning outcomes (list)

1.4 The student makes music in an artistic project in a creative manner.
The student has knowledge of HaFaBra instruments.
The student can, with coaching, realise arrangements or transcriptions for various settings, brass band, brass and wind orchestra from scores for other settings or from piano music.

Course content

Read the study guide
The learning content concerns knowledge about the different instruments, their (im)possibilities, instrumentations, and other subject-related subjects.
The student works independently on arrangement assignments and is coached and guided by the teacher during individual and group lessons.
In instrumentation 1, it concerns relatively small, usually homogeneous instrumental combinations (e.g. flute ensemble, double reed ensemble, horn trio/quartet, etc.).
