You interpret various numerical reports from the technical department and link the necessary conclusions to them and formulate actions where necessary.

You describe the working tool and its advantages and disadvantages that is used in the organisation and monitoring of the technical aspects associated with the construction or renovation of a hotel.
You outline the approach to a technical maintenance plan and analyze its operation based on the information provided.
Project management / sustainability
You assess the sustainability aspect within the design and equipment of a hotel room based on the information provided.
You formulate advice regarding the design and equipment of kitchens based on the information provided.

De studenten dienen in groepsverband een hotelkamerplan uit te tekenen en een theoretische uitdieping te maken van 1 aspect binnen de kamerinrichting en -uitrusting. Verdere informatie zie syllabus. Bij afwezigheid van de student tijdens zijn/haar praktische uiteenzetting gelden de regels die voorzien zijn in het Examen- en onderwijsreglement (artikel 15.6)
