Analytical thinking / business economics insight
You describe the mutual responsibilities and communication flow between the various functions within the F&B department and place this department within the total hotel organizational chart.
You assess staffing levels using productivity standards and formulate actions based on this.
You calculate the profitability of a (food) festival based on various parameters.
