Process / legislation
When developing an F&B activity, you take profitability into account.
You develop a proposal for an F&B activity, taking into account guidelines, legal provisions and various preconditions regarding F&B.
Efficiency and stress resistance
You convert received feedback into action points to improve the group product.
Project management / sustainability
You apply the principles of sustainability within a real F&B case.
Communication / language skills
You use the learned tools to communicate with his/her group members and coaches.
You give an engaging, persuasive presentation about the proposal of an F&B activity in correct Dutch.
You will write a professional report in Dutch regarding the organisation of an F&B activity.
Self-steering ability
You adhere to the deadlines set by the lecturers, as well as the deadlines set internally within the project group.
You perform tasks using the tools provided and demonstrate a sense of responsibility and initiative.
Information processing / ICT
You will prepare a professional and clear PowerPoint presentation about the organisation of an F&B activity.
You will carry out a simple study on nutrition and dietetics.
