You discuss the concept of "corporate social responsibility" and translate it practically into sustainable catering.
You discuss the logistical management of the food service within the community catering.
You discuss the operational cost management of the food service taking into account the limitations of the financing mechanism within the community catering.
You provide a clear picture of structured restoration in Belgium.
You formulate advice regarding merchandising and guest orientation within the catering sector.
