You manage the Housekeeping facilities within the Front Office module.
You manage the pricing of rooms in the PMS system.
You manage individual, agent and group reservations in the Front Office module of a PMS system.
You check in or out a single guest or group using a PMS system.
You check the reports and take care of the daily closing within the Front Office module.
You process payments and create invoices.
You apply routing within the Front Office module of a PMS system.
You explain the settings and concepts of a PMS system with regard to Front Office.
You independently complete the Front Office Employee training course of the PMS system.
