You handle complaints in French in a professional manner, both in writing and orally.
You respond professionally to a negative review in French.
You behave in a correct and professional manner, both verbally and non-verbally, when handling complaints in a French-speaking context.
You master the vocabulary in French regarding complaint handling and the departure of a customer in terms of spelling and pronunciation.
You master the standard expressions for writing a correct, professional email in French at A2 level.
You express yourself fluently in French in a work-related and everyday context and can enter unprepared into conversation on topics that are familiar.
