1st examination periodPractical assesment in a professional context100,00Permanente evaluatie met een tussentijdse evaluatie en een eindevaluatie met de stagementor op vraag van de stagebegeleider in aanwezigheid van de student. De stagebegeleider bepaalt de quotatie, na overleg met de stagementor en aan de hand van het ingevulde evaluatiedocument.

Voor de reflectieve werkbegeleiding geldt een verplichte aanwezigheid. Elke afwezigheid moet de student wettigen. Bij ongewettigde afwezigheid wordt 1 punt van het totaalcijfer van het opleidingsonderdeel afgetrokken voor elke afwezigheid. Je kan enkel gewettigd afwezig zijn als je het nodige bewijsmateriaal uploadt via de module ‘Mijn afwezigheden’ in Ibamaflex. Bij het niet tijdig indienen van het materiaal voor de bijeenkomst reflectieve werkbegeleiding wordt 1 punt van het totaalcijfer van het opleidingsonderdeel afgetrokken per bijeenkomst.

Stage lopen in een andere periode kan enkel mits toestemming van de trajectbegeleider.
Wanneer de student de timing zoals gespecificeerd in de studiewijzer niet naleeft en/of niet over een volledig stagedossier beschikt op de uiterste data mag de stage niet worden aangevat en kan de student bijgevolg een score van 0/20 toegekend krijgen voor het totale opleidingsonderdeel.
Aangezien in het opleidingsonderdeel essentiële eindcompetenties worden getoetst, is het noodzakelijk dat de student alle stage-uren effectief presteert. Het niet volledig presteren van de stage-uren kan aanleiding geven tot een beoordeling van 0/20 voor het totale opleidingsonderdeel.
