Twice a year: by a permanent evaluation and by a performance during the exams of the song class. All songs must be performed from memory during the exams. (Exceptions, determined by the repertoire, can be agreed upon in advance with the teachers.)

The jury of the song class exam consists of both teachers of the song class, plus an external jury member (singer and/or pianist) who is familiar with the repertoire.
