The student identifies relevant social challenges in the destination country and links these to at least three Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The student is able to explain the importance of climate justice in the context of his/her internship and substantiates this with a concrete example or external source.
The student applies insights from sources on colonialism, children's rights and global inequality to the context of his/her internship and formulates points for attention regarding his/her own attitude.
The student applies knowledge of intercultural communication by formulating concrete dos and don'ts tailored to the internship context.
The student analyses the social role of the internship organisation and tailors his/her own internship assignment to local needs and expectations.
The student develops a realistic strategy to generate a sustainable impact in the local context through his/her internship.
The student identifies at least three personal learning objectives or competencies and links these to concrete internship assignments.
The student reflects on his/her own strengths, vulnerabilities and learning attitude, and formulates how he/she want to deal with intercultural and practical challenges.
The student accounts for how they are preparing themselves in practical terms for the health, safety and legal aspects of the internship, including the budget.
