1. Basic measurements & testing – Electrical: I perform basic electrical measurements and tests to ensure the proper functioning of an HVAC system.

| I explain the properties of fuses, circuit breakers, power switches, and residual-current devices. |
| I describe the properties of a frequency converter. |
| I distinguish between different network systems (TT, IT, TN) using a diagram. |
| I describe the construction of an LV-cable based on its naming. |
| I justify the choice of a type of switch in an electrical installation. |
| I describe the construction of an asynchronous motor. |
| I carry out basic measurements on asynchronous motors. |
| I identify the main external influences on electrical materials. |
3. Read & interpret information: I read and interpret technical information and manuals in Dutch and English, including electrical, process, and instrumentation diagrams.
