You promote and build lasting customer relationships, using the most appropriate information and communication tools.
You communicate the components and focal points of a sales process to third parties (customer journey).
You will create a professional LinkedIn profile with a focus on building a network.
You distinguish the different parts of the sales process and interview and apply them within a case.
You communicate with guests, customers, suppliers, and colleagues from a hospitality perspective. You can do this both written and verbally, with attention to the diverse and multilingual context.
You apply the different steps of the commercial process within a case.
You adapt your communication style to that of the interlocutor and take into account the guidelines of professional communication in a commercial context.
You plan and organize your own work, you reflect on your performance and are willing to learn.
You will explain the main theories, concepts and processes of sales and negociation techniques.
