Learning outcomes (list)

Communication / language skills
You master the vocabulary in French regarding the various services and activities in and around the hotel
You can propose activities in French taking into account a customer's profile and interests
You answer simple questions from guests in French in an appropriate manner regarding, for example, excursions, car rental or transport to and from the airport
In a conversation with guests in a mountain hotel, you provide appropriate information about the facilities in the hotel or the gastronomic specialties
You master the vocabulary and standard formulations to check out a guest in a professional and customer-oriented manner
You go over the hotel bill with the customer in a professional manner
You write a simple email regarding payment and cancellation conditions
You master the standard expressions to explain how much something costs
