You analyse the effectiveness of campaign images in relation to brand identity, target group and communication objective.
You map out the brand context, target group and advertising objectives based on an advertising briefing.
You strategically apply simple persuasion mechanisms with image and text in a simple advertising concept tailored to a specific target group.
Explore
You justify your choice of a suitable type of logo based on the branding principles.
You align the visual design with a given complex brand archetype with a view to a consistent and recognizable brand image.
You develop a coherent visual style based on the designed logo that can be consistently translated into a relevant brand application.

You experiment with developing multiple concepts for a campaign image based on a given brand identity, brand archetype and target group.

Materialize
You draw up a concise corporate identity manual in which you record the guidelines for using the logo and document the visual basic elements of the corporate identity clearly and in a structured manner.
You name different types of packaging and/or display solutions based on existing standards.
You adapt an existing template to correctly design a simple packaging or display tailored to a given product.
You create a qualitatively finished mock-up of a packaging that is suitable for presentation.
You independently develop a digital presentation of a commercial packaging series.
You apply the basic functionalities of packaging software to correctly place a 2D packaging design on an existing structure and visualize it in 3D.

You document the visual and content style characteristics of a complex brand archetype with attention to substantiating your design choices. You develop conceptual skills to design symbolic logos that match the brand identity, target group and brand archetype.
