Learning outcomes (list)

1. The bachelor of arts in drama has its own artist voice in supervised artistic projects
You transform personal fascinations, questions, and imagination into dramaturgical concepts and artistic principles for an imaginary performance.
You will develop your own writing voice and learn to translate your personal interests, themes, and imagination into theatrical texts.
You will develop a sense of layering, metaphorical thinking, and the poetic possibilities of a theatrical text.
You’ll experiment with different forms of writing, styles, and dramatic strategies to discover which artistic choices best suit your material.
2. The bachelor drama masters the professional technical aspects of practice.
You will develop an understanding of composition and learn to bring individual scenes, texts, and images together into a cohesive dramatic whole.
You organize textual material and develop a dramatic arc on the level of a complete fictional performance.
You write dialogue and scenes with a focus on tension, phrasing, nuance, and performability.
5. The bachelor of arts in drama finds one's own artist voice in connection with the diversity offered by society inside and outside the school.
You will explore how theatrical texts relate to contemporary social, cultural, and existential issues.
You will develop an inquisitive approach to the world and learn to translate observations, sources, and current issues into dramaturgical concepts, scenes, and performance ideas.
6. The Bachelor of arts in Drama critically examines the development of their own artistic work and that of others, can reflect on it and share that reflection.
You will learn to critically reflect on the effectiveness of your own writing and adjust your writing process based on experimentation, feedback, and revision.
You actively participate in the peer group as a critical and supportive learning environment where giving, receiving, and processing feedback contributes to the development of your writing skills and dramaturgical insight.
