Understands methods of providing feedback, in particular the 'Kunstig Competent' feedback method
Understands the difference between perceiving/observing/interpreting
Can apply the principles of non-violent/connective communication in oral and written contexts
Can speak purposefully in front of an audience with attention to a structured message, a good speaking and vocal technique and a connecting attitude
Uses clear and correct written communication
Analyses him- or herself as a communicator.
Has insight into different communication models and applies these models to case studies.
Controls verbal, paraverbal and non-verbal skills necessary for effective, open and positive communication.
Analyses processes which play a role in the perception of others.
Can write an evaluation according to the feedback method of 'Kunstig Competent'
Has an understanding of communication methods that promote effective classroom management
