1. Physiology, care and guidance
You outline the different phases from ovulation to implantation.
You identify the various stages in the development of the unborn child for each specific bodily system. 
You demonstrate the different stages of embryonic development using visual material. 
You explain the diagnostic possibilities of an early pregnancy. 
You identify the symptoms of an early pregnancy.
You determine gestational age based on fundal height in a given case. 
You calculate gestational age using a pregnancy wheel. 
You calculate gestational age according to Naegele’s rule. 
You categorise the different methods used to determine gestational age.
You describe the functional changes of the human body during pregnancy. 
You describe the fetal circulation. 
You describe what constitutes healthy nutrition based on the food pyramid. 
You formulate the different essential nutrients.
